London Nails’ Policy.

Nail repairs are permitted within the first week after purchase.

We are more than happy to fix any defects, though we will not be able to authorise refunds or discounts for nail reparations. Additionally, please alert us immediately if you notice any faults, not a week or so later.

No refunds or non-seasonal discounts.

An exception is our 10%-off discounts, which are available to claim through our loyalty card.

You are responsible for your personal belongings; we are not.

However, we do keep stray possessions - just in case you need to come back for anything. Keep in mind that if we simply don’t have your things, we are not to be held accountable for your misplacement or loss. After around TWO WEEKS, unclaimed belongings will be either given to charity or disposed of.

Monitor your children’s behaviour.

If you do bring any children, please make sure you are keeping an eye on them, to prevent injuries or breakages within the salon.

Parental permission

On the flipside, young teens/tweens MUST have parental permission to arrive alone for an appointment at the salon. This may be provided through confirmation over the phone, or a guardian dropping them off and letting us know! This prevents any issues in the odd case that said child was not permitted for treatment beforehand by the guardian.
